Partner agreement
BookMyThai.com is an online travel intermediary operated by Digital Solutions Co. Ltd in the Kingdom of Thailand. By submitting a partner application you offer to supply inventory to guests who book through the platform. These terms protect the company, the brand, and lawful Thailand operations.
You remain an independent hotel, tour operator, transfer company or yacht owner. The guest contract for the stay, tour, transfer or charter is between you and the guest named on the voucher. BookMyThai.com markets, collects payment as payment agent, and issues the voucher unless a product page says otherwise.
Tourism Authority of Thailand licence Applied is on file for the operator. You warrant that you hold every Thai licence, permit, insurance and safety certificate required for your own supply, and that you will keep them current. Digital Solutions Co. Ltd may unpublish any listing that is unsafe, unlicensed or unlawful.
You register on the public form, verify the email we send, and wait for Bangkok desk CEO, manager or admin approval. Sign-in is closed until that approval. Bank and payout details are collected only after login, inside the partner desk — never on a public street form.
To protect Digital Solutions Co. Ltd and guests under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA), we record the IP address, browser, email and application facts you submit. We use this only to verify identity, prevent fraud and abuse, and process the partner file. You consent to that processing by ticking agree.
After you can sign in you add company file and bank inside /vendor/account. Payout stays locked if bank, licence or contract dates are missing or lapsed. Digital Solutions Co. Ltd never asks for bank details on a public page.
Each hotel, activity, transfer or yacht you add stays pending until the desk approves it. Live sale starts only after bank is complete and the listing is approved. Rates, allotment and guest-facing content must be accurate.
The desk sets contract net in Thai Baht. Guest pays BookMyThai.com. Digital Solutions Co. Ltd remits net to the bank you file after login, subject to completed company file, confirmed bookings and these terms.
Unsafe, illegal, misleading or TAT-non-compliant supply is unpublished immediately. Open guest bookings already paid remain the desk's to fulfil or refund under guest terms. You cooperate with the Bangkok desk on every live file.
You indemnify and hold harmless Digital Solutions Co. Ltd, BookMyThai.com, and their officers from claims, fines, injuries, losses or regulatory action arising from your supply, your staff, your vehicles or vessels, or your breach of these terms or Thai law, except where Thai law requires otherwise.
The desk may decline an application, stop a partner (we stopped / they stopped), or close login if email is not verified, terms are breached, or supply is unsafe. Decline or stop closes sign-in.
These partner terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have jurisdiction. If a court finds any clause unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
This page is a supplier platform agreement, not personal legal advice. Product-specific desk contracts and Thai statute prevail where they are stricter.
