These Terms of Service are the agreement between you and Karni Digital Solutions Co., Ltd., the operator of BookMyThai.com, when you browse the website, create an account or make a booking.
Effective date: 9 October 2026 · Last updated: 9 October 2026
BookMyThai.com ("BookMyThai", "we", "us") is operated by Karni Digital Solutions Co., Ltd., a limited company registered in Thailand with the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce, under juristic person registration number 0205566041017. Our company details, registered office and contact channels are shown at the top of this page and on our Contact Us page.
By using the website, creating an account or completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms of Service, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
BookMyThai is an online travel booking platform for Thailand. Depending on availability, you can book:
Most services are supplied by independent hotels, tour operators, transport companies, boat owners and other providers ("suppliers"). We market the service, take your booking and payment as the supplier's booking and payment agent, issue your voucher and support you before and during your trip. The supplier is responsible for delivering the service itself. Where we supply a service directly, the product page says so.
You must be at least 20 years old (the age of majority under Thai law) and able to enter into a binding contract to make a booking. If you book for other travellers, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for them and to share their details with us.
Please give accurate names (as shown on passports or ID), contact details, travel dates and any information a supplier needs. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts or cancel bookings involving fraud, abuse or a breach of these terms.
Prices are shown in Thai Baht (THB) unless another currency is clearly displayed. Amounts shown in other currencies are for guidance; your bank or card issuer may apply its own exchange rate and fees. Unless the product page says otherwise, prices include all taxes and service charges that apply to the booking. Fees that must be paid at the venue (for example a hotel deposit or national park fee) are shown on the product page when the supplier tells us about them.
Payments are processed securely by licensed third-party payment providers — Stripe, Omise or Razorpay, depending on the payment method you choose. We do not see or store your full card number. A booking is confirmed only after the payment provider confirms your payment and we send your confirmation. We may decline or cancel a booking, with a full refund of any amount taken, if payment cannot be verified, a fraud check fails, or a price was displayed because of an obvious technical error.
We do not ship physical goods. All bookings are delivered electronically:
If you have not received your confirmation within 24 hours of payment, please contact us with your payment reference.
Each product shows its cancellation rule before you pay, and the same rule is printed on your voucher. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the standard cancellation windows, cancellation fees, non-refundable bookings, no-shows and how refunds are paid. It forms part of these terms.
Changes to dates, names or options depend on supplier availability and may involve a price difference.
Suppliers may need to change or cancel a service because of weather, sea conditions, safety, operational reasons or official orders. If that happens, we will offer you a suitable alternative or a refund as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Neither we nor the supplier are responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, epidemics, government actions, strikes, civil unrest or failures of public utilities and networks (force majeure).
Travel agencies, hotels and other partners who use our partner tools are also bound by our Partner Terms & Conditions (bookmythai.com/terms/partners). B2B cancellation fees are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Agents are responsible for the accuracy of traveller details and for passing product rules and vouchers on to their own customers.
You may use the website only for lawful personal or business travel booking. You must not copy or scrape the website, interfere with its security, make speculative or fraudulent bookings, or post unlawful, misleading or offensive reviews. Text, photos, logos and software on BookMyThai.com belong to us, our licensors or our suppliers and may not be reused without permission. Reviews must reflect a genuine experience; we may moderate or remove reviews that break these rules.
We take reasonable care in running the platform and handling your booking. Suppliers are responsible for the services they deliver. To the extent permitted by Thai law, including the Civil and Commercial Code and the Unfair Contract Terms Act B.E. 2540 (1997):
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under Thai law, or affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 (1979).
If something goes wrong, please tell us as soon as possible — ideally during your trip, so we can try to fix it with the supplier — and in any case within 30 days after the service date. Contact us through the channels on our Contact Us page and include your booking code.
Before raising a chargeback or dispute with your bank, please contact us first; most issues can be resolved quickly under our policies. If a dispute is raised for a booking that was delivered or cancelled in line with these terms, we will share the booking records with the payment provider.
We collect and use personal data to run your booking and our services as explained in our Privacy Policy, in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).
Bookings made on the website are electronic contracts, valid and enforceable under the Electronic Transactions Act B.E. 2544 (2001). You agree to receive confirmations, vouchers, receipts and service messages by email, SMS, LINE or WhatsApp.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. We will first try to resolve any dispute with you in good faith. If that fails, the dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand. Consumers may also contact the Office of the Consumer Protection Board (OCPB). If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you make a booking applies to that booking. These terms are published in English; if a translation differs, the English version prevails.
These Terms of Service apply together with the product rules shown at booking and on your voucher. Where a product rule is more favourable to you, that rule applies to that booking.
